We sincerely wish you a happy, healthy, trivial and musical 2024 Meanwhile, as we didn’t feature a trivia quiz last week, this week, we’re jumping straight into this week’s all new question! Brought to us each Tuesday morning by all the very groovy people at Omnivore Recordings! Your most perfect destination for all the awesome music you didn’tknow, you didn’t know!
But now, here’s your all new Trivia question for Tuesday January 2nd! This week’s quiz could be subtitled “Who Said It” ? Take a good look at the three quotes just below, each statement was made by one of your favorite 60’s Superstar! We need you to match up the quote with the artist who said it?
1)” I’ve got blisters on me fingers”
2) “I’d like to say thank you on behalf of the group and ourselves and I hope we’ve passed the audition”
3) “I sing on some of the songs you know and I sing on some of the songs you don’t know”
There are your three quotes, we need you to match up or associate the quote with the 60’s superstar who is responsible for the quote? Lastly and to quantify for “SMS SUPER GENIUS” status, give us a little background or “exposition about each quote ?
In summary, here’s what we need:
1) Respectively attribute each of the three quotes with the three 60’s Superstar responsible for them ?
2) Give us some exposition or background on the origin of the quote ?
We realize many of you may be nursing a two week hangover this morning, but as you sip your third cuppa coffee, why not take a break, click on the link below and browse Omnivore Recordings catalogue of the coolest music in the known world and beyond!

Dunno whether David Crosby was responsible for the last quote but, if not, he should have said it. Does that count…or is this a Beatles-only question?
1. Ringo, at the end of the recording session for Helter Skelter
2. John Lennon, at the end of the rooftop concert at Abbey Road.
3. No idea!
I’m guessing today…
Ringo – After a long grueling session from the White album, Helter Skelter right after 3 cymbal crashes!!
John Lennon – Rooftop session. Is this the end…really?
I’m stumped on this one…George?
