The SMS Trivia Question of the Week 3 / 4…

Good morning and welcome back to an all new SMS Trivia quiz for Tuesday March 4th! Brought to us this week and every week by all the very Groovey people at Omnivore Recordings! Since we didn’t post a trivia question last week, this week we’re cutting straight to this week’s all new quiz! So set your compass point for “Trivia” and let’s set sail…

Here’s your brand new Trivia question for Tuesday March fourth: If you’re a regular reader of Sixties Music Secrets , you know that we believe that the 60’s were the most Creative, prolific and innovative decade in music history! Concurrently, television was entering what media watchers call Television’s “Golden Age.” It was obvious and inevitable that these two mediums come together or merge their creative product! And this week’s question is all about that merger! And here it is… We need you to give us the names of at least three actors or actresses who, after achieving a successful career in Television, entered the world of music and enjoyed multiple chart hits in the 60’s! Additionally, give us the titles of the T.V. Program they starred in and the name of the character   they  portrayed! Lastly give us the title to at least one of their hits ?

In summary here’s what we need:

1) Give us the names of at least 3 actors or  actresses who enjoyed a career in music while starring in a weekly T.V. Series ?

2) Give us the title of the weekly series they starred in ?

3) Give us the name of the character they portrayed in the series ?

4) Give us the titles to at least one of their hits ?
