The SMS Trivia Question of the Week 5 / 6…

Good morning and welcome to another Trivial Tuesday, brought t o us each week by all the Groovey people at Omnivore Recordings, your place for all the music you didn’t know, you didn’t know! But, let’s get down to business with an all new SMS trivia Question! However,before we pull the curtain on this week’s question, we’d like to take a moment to recognize the brilliant readers who weighed in on last week’s question! Which was all about the great GrahamNash, his music and Crosby, Stills and  Nash! First in with all the right answers was our latest “SMS Super Genius, Mr. Patrick McMahon! Followed by an original “SMS Super Genius Mr. Steve Winogradsky!  Next in was another “old timer”  Mr. Jeff Conroy!  Wrapping things up was another long time SMS reader, our old friend and favorite bass player, Mr. Curtis Stone! Congrats and Thank you to another “Fab Four”

But now, here’s your brand new Trivia Question for Tuesday May 6th!

Before David Crosby, Stephen Stills and Graham Nash re defined what “Rock Super Star” meant, each of them played key roles in 3 other great groups from the mid 1960’s! This is where you come in, give use the names of the three-mid 60’s bands that respectively featured David Crosby,  Stephen Stills and Graham Nash ? Additionally give us the titles to at least three hits from each of the 3 bands

Finally, in an absolute Rock n Roll twist, all three of these talented gents were romantically involved with a popular female Singer / Songwriter! Give us her name as well as the the titles to at least 3 of her hits ?

In summary here’s what we need:

  1. Ah…. My favorite Bands from those days…..Saw them all play live, in like high school gyms and goofy theater venues, Specifically, Valley music Center. Right down thes street form your old pad, Rick…..good times, brother.
