Brought to us each week by all the Groovey people at Omnivore Recordings! You’re only destination for all the music you didn’t know, you didn’t know!…But! Before we get to this weeks all new question, we’d like to recognize all the brilliant readers who weighed in on last week’s question! Which was…An Anagram! Yes “Shut it now, honey.”Actually unscrambles to become…Whitney Houston! Only two readers showed up for last weeks quiz, with Mr. Jeffery Conroy coming in first with all the answer and more! Way to go yet once more Mr. “C” Next in, just to share a little love and support was Ms. Doranney! Always great when you drop in! Thank you!

But now! It’s time for this week’s new Trivia Question: Your question this week is a lyrical one! And here’s your lyric “Roses are red, violets are Purple, Sugar is sweet and so is Maple Surple”…Give us the next two lines of lyric that follow these two and close out the verse ? Also give us the title to the song that includes the lyric, and of course the name of the uniquely talented artist who wrote and recorded this classic from 1964! Lastly Give us the titles to at least three more hits from this talented 60’s artist ?

In summary, here’s what we need:

1) Give us the title to the classic 60’s song that includes the lyrics we quoted above ?

2) Give us the next two lines of lyric that follow and close out the verse ?

3) Give us the name of the multi-talented artist who wrote and recorded this classic from 1964 ?
