The SMS Trivia Question of the Week 1/26

Indeed it is! The SMS trivia quiz for Tuesday Jan. 26th! Brought to us each and every week by the incredibly cool people at Omnivore Recordings! Your number one source for all the music you didn’t know, you didn’t know! But! Before we reveal this weeks question, we’d like to recognize the brilliant readers who weighed in on last weeks question, which was: We asked you to give us the titles to at least 3 songs from the 60’s that included the word “Cinnamon” in the title! Coming in first but a bit short on titles was the always super quick Mr. Fred Vogel! Way to go Fred! Next in was one of our new regulars Mr Clark Besch!  Then, third in but the first in with all the right answers was Owen! Yaaye Owen!  Lastly, to wrap things up, the irrepressibleMr. Ron Wood!congrats to all you distinguished Gentlemen!

But now, it’s time for this weeks new Trivia Quiz: your question this week focus’s on one of Neil Sedaka’s earliest hits and one of our favorites from 1960, “Calendar Girl!  This great record is a kind of “Call/ Answer format with Neil weaving a lyrical story that includes each month of the coming year and how his relationship with his girlfriend will play out each month!       Impressive my old friend!
      But ya gotta get a new alarm clock, Julie only beat you by 31 minutes! She’s not just prettier than you, she’s faster! I suppose you can work on the faster thing, but with all due respect you may have a problem with the Prettier thing!
