The SMS Trivia Question of the Week 10/12

Good morning, it’s Trivia Tuesday for Oct. 12th! Brought to us each week right here by all the righteously Groovey folks at Omnivore Recordings! Your most perfect destination for all the music you didn’t know, you didn’t know! BUT, before we reveal this weeks all new Trivia Quiz, we just gotta sing the praises of all the brilliant readers who weighed in on last week’s question, which was: All about our favorite trio from the 60’s Three Dog Night! More specific one of the foundling members Danny Hutton! First in, but a little lite on all the answers was Mr. Clark Besch! Which makes this week’s true “Lead Dog” shaggy Steve Winogradsky! But, coming in as third dog this week and also nailing the question was Mr. Edmund Clark Simmons!  Big SMS Congrats to all three of you brilliant “Dawgs”

But now, it’s time for this weeks new Trivia Quiz for the week:  This week’s question shines a little light on “Back Ground Singers” Those talented vocalists who support the lead singer, are frequently over looked while often responsible for turning a decent song into a “Smash” Here’s how this week’s question works” We’ll give you the credit line for the back up singers or band members and you give us the name of the lead singer! Here’s an example question using Gerry and The Pacemakers

(SMS).”And the Pacemakers” (Your correct answer would be) …Gerry

Let’s begin, how many can you answer correctly?

1)… And The Imperials…?

2)… And The Blue Jeans.?

3)…”And The Daytona’s… ?

4)…And The Dreamer’s… ?

5)… And The Originals… ?

6)…And The Pharaohs… ?

7)…And The Miracles… ?

8)…And The Shondels… ?
