The SMS Trivia Question of the Week 10/26

TRIVIA TUESDAY! for Oct. 26th. Brought to us every Tuesday by all the Groovey people at Omnivore Recordings! Your only real stop for all the music you didn’t know, you didn’t know! But! Before we reveal this weeks all new question, we’d like to recognize the brilliant readers who showed up for last week’s quiz, which was about a lyric…”Everywhere the Carnabetion Army marches on” is featured in The Kinks classic “Dedicated Follower of Fashion” Nd by the way “Carnabetion” is a word referring to London’s fashion area “Carnaby”  street! Only two readers showed up for this weeks quiz! First in and a very long time reader who quite simply seems to know everything, was indeed the “All Knowing  Mr. Steve Winogradsky! Next in was a relative newcomer but always a pleasure, was Ms. Doranney Croon! Congrats to you Steve and a big thanx to you Ms. Doranney!

But now, it’s time for this week’s new Trivia Question: As Halloween is only a few days away we thought we’d give this eeeks quiz a bit of that flavor! This  week’s question is another round of “Odd man out! Take a good look at these Ten song titles, one of these titles doesn’t belong on this list. Identify the title that should be removed and then give us a title YOU believe should be included! Lastly, to qualify for SMS “Super Genius” status, give us the names of the 10 artists that recorded these Ten “Killer” songs…

    • Hey Steve, as usual first in with almost a perfect score, however the Brad Pasely and Alison Kkrauss record didn’t come out in the 60’s! Which is always our bottom line!

      Once again your first in! I’mm not aware of any other songs from the 60’s called” “Ebony Eyes” beyond “Ebony Eyes by The Everly Bros! So please fill me n…Lastly The Talking Heads record did not come out in the 60’s! Got another idea?
