And he saw through the window a sight

She’s candy apple red with a ski for a wheel

And when Santa hits the gas man just watch her peel”

  1. These lyriics are from 2 different songs. both by the Beach Boys and written by Brian Wilson and mike Love. “The man with all the toys” and “Little Saint Nick”. What they have in common is that theyr are both about Christmas and Santa. What they dont have in common is they are from 2 DIFFERENT songs. I don’t know. St Nick mentions a cool car, toys does not. Amazing that this is the same artist that did the album Pet Sounds and the song Surfs Up.

    • Hey Curtis,
Wow! So far you are the only reader to figure out how I twisted up this weeks question! Great job! By the way “ The car” Brian refers to in Saint Nick is not a car,…..It’s a sled! “She’s Candy Apple Red WITH A SKI FOR A WHEEL”
      Well done ol’ Buddy
      Shoe

  2. Lil St. Nick, The Beach Boys, Not sure what last question means . . . what do lyrics have in common??? Beach Boys singing about Santa doing his thing in a cool car. I actually still like this song. So fun.

    • Hey Denise,
You got half the question correct, but their is a bit more!
More importantly, like you I still love this record! It’s the one I’m always longing to hear on that radio station that only plays Xmas songs this time of year
      Thanx,
      R.

  3. Hey Fred,
That all you got? Take another look at the questions and take another pass at the answers! I know you got this one!
    Cheers,
    Rick
