I vote for number 6 – Sunday Will Never be the same, but not because it was performed by Spanky and Our Gang. I agree with SW..
Hmmm. This may be a trick question but I’m guessing “Like an Old Time Movie” is the song that doesn’t belong on the list because I don’t believe it was ever recorded by the Mamas and the Papas. “California Dreaming” could replace it on the list.
Like An Old Time Movie and San Francisco were recorded by Scott McKenzie, but were writen by his close friend John Philips.
Hey Larry,
Great to see you in and early! Got a question for you! How does number six “Sunday Will Never Be The Same” fit in the picture?
R.
All songs written by Papa John Philips except Sunday Will Never Be The Same
Add California Dreaming
