
Hot enough for ya? Well, here’s the very cool and all new Trivia Question for Tuesday August 24th. Brought to us each week by all the ultra groovey people at Omnivore Recordings! Your only stop for all the music you didn’t know, you didn’t know! And now! As usual, we’d like to recognize all t he loyal readers who chimed in on last week’s Question! Which was: All about classic 60’s songs whose lyrics refer to other classic 60’s songs! First in without an answer but fully armed with his usual Good Will was a true charter member “SMS Super Genius”Mr. Fred Vogel! Thanx Fred and there’s a new Trivia Question just a few lines down! It’s time for this week’s new Trivia Question: They met in high school and immediately knew there was magic in the way their voices blended together, and in 1957 enjoyed their first chart hit that peaked at number 49 on The Billboard Charts! They called themselves “Tom and Jerry” and as the 60’s unfurled they changed their name and quickly proved to be one of the most popular and influential artists of the 1960’s and beyond! What was the title of Tom and Jerry’s early chart hit? And in the 60’s what did they change their name to and would forever be known as? Additionally, give us at least Five titles from their incredible catalog of music with at least one being from a feature film and of course the title of that feature film? Lastly, and to achieve “SMS Super Genius” status, answer the following: When they formed Tom and Jerry, they assigned last names to the duo! We’ll need the Last names of Tom and Jerry respectively! Finally both Artists we’re interested in film and acting! Give us the titles to at least one feature film for each of them in which they appeared individually?

But please don’t be a stranger!… Regarding “Your boyfriends band”. I sure wish I could, I don’t even want think about how many years ago that was…But it was if the 70’s I’m sure! So please put me out of my misery and fill me in!
Meanwhile, last we talked I believe you said you come up to the Vally occasionally, if that’s still the case and once this Covid thing levels out perhaps we could meet for a cup of coffee or lunch?
