Meanwhile, before we reveal this weeks all new Trivia Quiz, we’d like to recognize all the brilliant readers who weighed in on last weeks question, which was: All about the great Simon and Garfunkel and their early career as Tom and Jerry! Coming in fast and first with all the right answers was long time charter member Super Genius Steve Winogradsky! Well done yet again my old friend! Edmund Simmons and Jeffery Conroy took the second and third positions respectively, Way to go gents! Wrapping things up it was great to see two of our favorite Trivial ladies drop by! Ms Doranney Croon, thanx for taking time to drop by! And, last but certainly not least is a new comer to the weekly trivia quiz “Cousin” Paula Verrengia!  Way to go Lassie’s!

But now! It’s time for this week’s new Trivia Question: This weeks question is an Anagram!  Here you go… Epic beers ‘n’ grunts… Let us know who that unscrambles and becomes? The truth is our Anagram is ot considered “A Sixties artist” However he heard music’s calling in the mid sixties an began playing in local bands in his hometown in 64 – 65! We need you to give us the names of at least two bands our Anagram played with in the 60’s? We’d also need the titles to  at least five songs from his incredible catalog? And finally what is his daughter’s name and why was she in the news recently?

In summary, here’s what we need:

1) Who does “Epic beers ‘n’ grunts” unscramble to become ?

2) Give us the titles to at least five songs from his extensive catalog ?

3) What is his daughter’s name and why was she in the news recently ?

    • Hey Owen!
First! It’s great to see you back here on SMS, AND please allow me to explain. We did in fact acknowledge and address your comment in our original question. We then further asked for the names of at least two bands. Bruce worked with in the mid Sixties!
One of my favorite Springsteen stories he tells is how he would test drummers auditioning for his band by asking them to play “Wipeout” by The Surfaris’ A huge hit in 1963..I hope that makes sense?
      Cheers,
      Rick
