The SMS trivia Question of the week 2 / 27…

Yessir! It’s time for the all new Trivia question for Tuesday, February 27th! Brought to us each week by all the groovey people at Omnivore Recordings! Your first and last stop for all the great music you didn’t know, you didn’t know! However, before we reveal this weeks question, we’d like to acknowledge the brilliant readers who weighed in on last week’s quiz! Which was all about The Beau Brummels and their classic hits from the 1960’s! First in with all the right answer’s was the always brilliant Mr. Andrew Taylor! Followed closely by Charter Member “Super Genius Mr. Jeffrey Conroy! Followed by one of the earliest readers and constant “Super Genius Mr. John Zambetti! Congrats gents! And a very cool Omnivore CD is on it’s way to Mr. Taylor!

But now, here’s your all new trivia quiz for Tuesday February 27th: Take a good look at the below list of 8 of our favorite classic hits from the 1960’s!

Here’s what we need: all of he above titles share one common very important element, except one! Yes one of the titles should not be included in the list and we need you to identify which song doesn’t belong and why? Additionally, we need you to give us another title of your choice that could be included on the list and why ?

  1. “Eve of Destruction” was the one song on the list not written by Bob Dylan.
    Replace it with “Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door”.

  2. The song to leave out is Mr. Tambourine Man.

    It`s the only song on the list that hit number 1.

    A track that should be on the list is “I Want You”.

    It`s one of Dylan`s most musical songs ever.

  3. Eve of Destruction was not written by Mr. Dylan, while the others were.
    How about…”Like a Rolling Stone”.
